Thanks to everyone who came to our show last week. It's exciting to see the show getting better and more fun, and none of the support goes unappreciated. We went on two bands after Dynasty Electric, who I really enjoyed, and who you should check out. This past Sunday, we were out at the Commutiny show in the LES, and saw The Broken Arm of Love, which was one of the most incredible things I've seen in a long time. They're playing some more shows around the city in the coming weeks, and I may go see them again.

I had a dream that was about a buddy comedy movie. The two guys were aging members of competing Gen X early-90's JAMC ripoff bands that had long since broken up. They spent their days wandering between Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, sneaking into movie theaters to watch documentaries about their own glory days, complete with the heads of now-fashionable independent record labels talking about how both bands were under-appreciated geniuses. The two guys in this movie got into several arguments about which band's documentary they would see, but it didn't really matter because they had seen both of them so many times anyway. The biggest problem was figuring out how to get into the theater without paying..
